Every suite at Excellence Playa Mujeres in Cancun is an elegant retreat—chic, contemporary and alluring. Our five star suites are 807 square feet and larger, with an extra-wide sectional sofa, flat-screen TV, private round Jacuzzi with indoor and outdoor access and a four-poster bed situated to take advantage of gorgeous views.

DEPOSIT
1. All rates are tentative pending a deposit. Any reservations made after the deposit deadline as outlined on the booking page are subject to the vendor's price change.
2. All roommates must pay the deposit for the room to be reserved.
3. All deposits are non-refundable
PAYMENTS.
1. The first payment is extremely important to secure the vendors that are included in the packages. DO NOT MISS THE FIRST PAYMENT! If you are unable to make future payment deadlines just shoot an email to MekoTaylor@tantriccreations.com and let us know when you will make a payment so we can stop our automated emails.
2. It is critical to get the initial deposit in as soon as possible. After the deadline booking date prices are subject to change until booked and confirmed and will be based on availability.
3. If you need to make any changes to your reservation, please do so via email only to mekotaylor@tantriccreations.com. We are here to make your experience as seamless as possible and we understand that sometimes things do not go as planned.
Final payment is Dec. 31st 2024 (No exceptions).

*If you wish to have a "cancel for no reason policy" you must purchase a plan within 14 - 21 days of your initial deposit.
