We will start exploring our breath and exploring our bodies in Yoga before exploring the local countryside and searching for the best views of Wallace's Monument & Stirling Castle. With a deeply relaxing Sound Bath Meditation prior to Dinner, you day will allow your to experience the joy of exploration. Retreat runs from 9am to 7pm
