      ONE WORLD OBSERVATORY AND EATALY

      Monday, July 12, 2021

Start your tour on top of the world! See New York like you've never seen it before at the One World Observatory. Located at the top of the One World Trade Center, this observation deck lets you enjoy the view from the tallest building in the United States. The circular observation deck encircles the building so you can see the city from every angle. Make sure you bring your camera! Your adventure continues at Eataly… an Italian market under one roof with high-quality food at sustainable and reasonable prices for ALL. Celebrate Italian biodiversity in this informal, natural, and simple place to eat, shop, and learn. Eataly stands for “Eating Italian” which encompasses the history and the food culture of Italy, the ease to prepare its dishes, and the many qualities that Italy has to offer. You will receive a gift card to eat your way around as you like. Finally, visit the Memorial’s twin reflecting pools, each nearly an acre in size and feature the largest manmade waterfalls in the North America. The memorial is a tribute of remembrance and honor to the nearly 3,000 people killed in the terror attacks of September 11, 2001. You may also wish to visit St Paul’s Chapel’s 9/11 Memorial and the Fireman’s Memorial.

First time at Niagara Falls. Garden State Getaways made this a great experience for us. The itinerary was well planned and time allotted for all excursions , meals and free time was perfect. Hotel accommodations were very nice with an included big breakfast to get each day started. Can't wait for the next trip with Faith and Eddie, the driver( if you get lucky). This tour company is highly recommended.

Well planned. Faith very organized. Trip departed on time and arrived back on time.. Good stops in route to and from Niagara Falls, Canada. Each day we had planned activities and neat places to visit. Kept us busy but not too much. Eddie was an excellent driver. Bus was clean and comfortable. Faith provided movies to keep us entertained/ distracted while in route. Faith also made sure there was lots of water and snacks onboard. Hotel was excellent with views overlooking Falls. Hotel provided daily breakfast with lots of options. Had front row seats for nightly fireworks show. Restaurants were top notch. Overall, excellent trip for the money. Only negative- long bus ride. On the positive side, it beat having to drive yourself. It was abundantly clear that Faith and her team are very experienced and pay close attention to all details. This was our first bus trip but we were so pleased, we already booked our next trip to the Biltmore.

My husband and I just got back from a wonderful trip to Niagara Falls with Faith and driver, Eddie. Faith does a great job keeping everyone on track and making the entire experience very enjoyable. We met wonderful people on the bus, all of which reside in the same general area as us. The hotel and meals were top notch. Having a bus that delivers you right to where you're going is a plus. There is no looking for places to park. VIP service. We will definitely be returning for future vacations.

I had a lovely time. The sandwiches, desert and teas were delightful. The only thing I would do, is let everyone know that they have to walk up a spiral staircase.

In May, I traveled with GS Getaways to Brooklyn, Philadelphia twice and a multi-day tour to Long Island. Each experience was unique, interesting and well run. The excellent step-on guides and docents greatly enhanced the knowledge and appreciation of the sites, and the special meals or restaurants were carefully chosen. It was also fun getting to know so many fellow travelers and reconnecting with a few from previous trips. Thank you, Faith and company! Lois D.

We have been on numerous trips with Faith and they are always adventurous and well planned. This year started with the Kentucky Derby, Land and Cruise thru Alaska and the Mircle of Christmas in Lancaster Pa was a great way to wrap of the year. Can't wait for new adventures.
