Although, hatha yoga teacher training completion will lead to 50 hours CE (Continuing Education) certificate from Yoga Alliance. Fifty hours (50) include Thirty-two (32) hours of live sessions (recordings available) along with eighteen (18) hours of theory (only pre-recorded content). 

Yoga Alliance Online Training Exemption

Yoga Alliance now recognizes online training. This online course is eligible for the Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Program (YACEP).

Examination/ Evaluation Method for Hatha Yoga Online

For evaluation, the student records a class of 30-45 minutes of teaching (it could be teaching anyone or even an imaginary person). Upload the video to google drive or youtube, and share the link with us for feedback.

Two options to complete the 50 Hours Online Hatha Yoga Course:

You can start the course anytime in the SELF-PACED option of the Online Yoga Teacher Training Course. There are no live sessions.
