Join Gillian Confair this Memorial Day weekend for 4-day retreat designed to explore what makes you unique, and how that makes you powerful.


We'll spend the weekend at Oz Farm - an Eco-Friendly farm and retreat space nestled in the hills above Point Arena. Amidst the apple orchards and burbling creek, we'll practice yoga, eat delicious food, sit by the campfire, and reconnect with self.

Gillian Confair
Curious • Geeky • Real Gillian Confair, E-RYT 500, has two great passions in life: yoga, and science fiction. She finds the same joy, curiosity, and excitement in learning more about the great unknown both in outer space and inner space. The first she pursues through reading and watching all things SciFi, and the second she explores through yoga. She combines these two passions with her video series, SciFi & the Sutras, and in her classes. In 2013 Gillian created The Average Yogi – a website welcoming all yogis to the practice, regardless of age, shape, or size. Through humor and honesty, Gillian offers space for exploration and self-love, both on the mat and off. Her goal is simple: Come as you are, and the practice will meet you there. Through a combination of challenging and unique flows, her classes get you out of your head and into your body. The goal is to leave worries at the door and plant seeds of positive thought to carry throughout the day.
