💰 Pricing & Deposit Details

• All prices are subject to change based on booking dates. We recommend booking early to lock in the best rate.

• A one-time payment plan fee of $34.99 is included in the deposit. This fee goes directly to the agency to manage your payment plan.
  Note: This fee does not apply to travelers paying in full at the time of booking.

🔐 Deposits & Room Reservations

• Deposits are per person and secure your spot in the room. All deposits are non-refundable.

• Rooms are not fully confirmed until at least three scheduled payments have been successfully made.

• If you want to request another room type

• If you are booking for multiple travelers, select the appropriate number of guests and complete the payment in one transaction.

• If roommates are paying separately, each person should select “1 traveler” and book their portion individually. Rooms will be linked manually, and prices will be adjusted accordingly. If you want to request another room type (ie. Swimout, Ocean Front, etc),

 🕒 Payment Schedule & Late Fees

• All payments must be submitted on or before the scheduled due date.

• A $35 late fee will be added for any missed payments.

• An additional $5 per day late fee will apply for up to 5 days after the missed due date.

• After 5 days of non-payment, your trip will be automatically canceled and all payments forfeited.
  NO EXCEPTIONS.  (international reinstatement fee of $200 will apply)

• By booking this trip, you acknowledge that insurance is optional but highly encouraged. Failure to purchase travel insurance means you forfeit the opportunity for a refund in the event of cancellation.
