From the 15th to the 21st June Freedive Online will be hosting PADI Freediver Instructor-Training at Dive Team, in Simonstown South Africa. We will cover the Freediver, Advanced, Master and Instructor-training for this course. All learning material will be included. Dive Team being a new dive centre, with a well-known owner, is situated close to the dive sites we will utilize.

This experience will guide you through advanced and master freediving techniques with the PADI system, and expand your knowledge to the point where you are able to qualify as a PADI Freediver Instructor.

Day 1:

Morning: Meet divers and do a shallow dive to enjoy ourselves

2. Orientation of  Rest of Week

 - Course flow

Day 2:

Morning: Dry and Confined Water Session (Pool)

1. Yoga and Proper Breathing

2. Freediver and Advanced Freediver Skills

3. Proper finning and breathold trining

4. First Static Attempts

5. First Workshops

Afternoon: 2 sessions - 

1. Dive - Getting into shallow water

- Performing the skills we have learned

- Practicing techniques

- Completing rescue and other scenarios

1. Advanced Freediver level diving

2. Advanced Open Water Skills
