From the 2nd to the 8th of March Freedive Online will be hosting PADI Freediver Instructor-Training at Colombo, Sri-Lanka. We will cover the Freediver, Advanced, Master and Instructor-training for this course. All learning material will be included. This experience will guide you through advanced and master freediving techniques with the PADI system, and expand your knowledge to the point where you are able to qualify as a PADI Freediver Instructor.

Morning: Meet divers and do a shallow dive to enjoy ourselves

Day 2:

Morning: Dry and Confined Water Session (Pool)

1. Yoga and Proper Breathing

2. Freediver and Advanced Freediver Skills

3. Proper finning and breathold trining

4. First Static Attempts

5. First Workshops

Afternoon: 2 sessions - 

1. Dive - Getting into shallow water

- Performing the skills we have learned

- Practicing techniques

- Completing rescue and other scenarios

1. Advanced Freediver level diving
