My Why ... Founding Paint and Walk™

Developing my Paint and Walk™ was not because the world needed another art workshop or even another hike without genuine connection.

I created it because my friends & craved quality downtime without distractions.

There was a time we realised life had become, quite full.

Full of noise. To be honest.

Full of doing what needed to be done yesterday.

Yet something in me kept asking for something simpler.

More beauty, creativity, meaning.

More community, space & outdoor FUN!

More moments that actually felt like me.

Painting in nature became a special place.

No perfection.

Sometimes joyful. Sometimes messy. Sometimes just quiet.

But it gave me something I didn’t realise I’d lost…a sense of myself again.

over time, I started noticing something else.

Women around me were feeling the same.

Capable. Strong. Holding everything together… & quietly craving something more meaningful.
