In Palermo, you will be staying in a Sicilian style hotel or B&B in a strategic location during the whole trip, undertaking daily trips from there. You will unpack only once and you will be able to enjoy the benefits of staying in Centro Storico and the surrounding area like a local.

The Itinerary includes street food & market tours, BBQ with Chef Alessandro at the Zingaro Nature Reserve or on the boat while touring the reserve, savoring typical dishes in local restaurants and enjoying  all the bounty of what a Sicilian table can offer.

Chef Alessandro will be sharing his culinary knowledge along the way, creating context for an authentic experience. He will be sharing his favorite recipes, helping you bring Sicily back home with you.

There will also be time for discovering historical sights and the amazing art, architecture and museums of Sicily. We will be also visiting amazing blue beaches and mountain towns with spectacular views.

You will have direct access to Tour Curator Polina at any time, enjoying an excellent balance of the planned itinerary and free time. Our private driver will provide professional transportation on daily basis and you will also benefit from the knowledge of all local experts on the island, from tour guides in the big cities to farm owners in the mountains.

PM: Transfer from Catania to Palermo

3 PM - 6 PM: Accommodation check in & rest

6 pm - 7 PM: Aperitivo with a view!

7 PM - 9 PM: Sightseeing/stroll in Centro Storico

9 PM - LATE - Dinner

10 AM: Start of the Street Food Tour at Ballaro Market

12 PM: Lunch & drinks at the market

1 PM - 3 PM: Sightseeing at Centro Storico, with a few hidden gems!

4 pm - 5 PM: Aperitivo with a view!

5 PM - 8 PM: Free time, time to rest or go shopping and get ready for dinner!

8 PM - LATE - Best Pizza in Palermo, followed by Late night drinks on the main street

8 AM - 9 AM: Breakfast in hotel

9 AM - 10 AM: Travel to Scopello Beach

10 AM - 1 PM: Enjoy the private beach, visit the Tuna Museum with a guided tour, swim in the amazing bay

1  PM- 2 PM: Lunch TBD

2 PM - 4 PM: BOAT TOUR of Zingaro Nature Reserve!

4 PM : Drive back to hotel

5 PM - Late: Free Time, Dinner

8 AM - 9 AM: Breakfast in hotel

10 AM- 11 AM: Transfer to airport
