Come join us for a magical week in Panama. We'll spend our first night at the Crowne Plaza Airport Hotel in Panama City, and then fly over to Isla Colon, one of the spectacular islands that make up the Bocas del Toro archipelago, for 7 nights at the incredible Bird Island Bungalows. We'll have daily group yoga classes from our instructors, Jess Hartmann, PT, DPT, E-RYT 500+ and Noelle Whittington, E-RYT 500+. On June 3 we fly back to Panama City for an incredible experience learning about the Panama Canal at the Miraflores Locks. Then we arrive back at the Crowne Plaza Airport Hotel for our last night in Panama. On June 4, you'll catch the shuttle back to the Panama City airport for your flight home or to your next adventure!

Please book your flight into Panama City, Panama (PTY). We'll be there to meet you at the airport and take you to the Crowne Plaza Airport Hotel for our first night in Panama.

Arrive at Bocas del Toro -flight and check in to Bird Island Bungalows
We'll head over to the Albrook/Gelabert airport together for our Air Panama flight to Bocas del Toro. From there, we'll take ground transportation over to Bird Island Bungalows. We'll check in and have lunch and then you'll have some free time to explore. We'll end with a sunset yoga session to stretch out from all the travel before a fabulous dinner!

Yoga and Beach Life
We'll settle into island life, with healthy and delicious three meals per day, group and specialty sessions, free time to enjoy the ocean activities and beautiful pool. This is your time to explore, have fun, and enjoy this beautiful natural setting.

Fly back to Panama City
We'll head out early in the morning to catch our flight back to Panama City and then we'll head over to the Miraflores Locks for an incredible IMAX movie about the Panama Canal. Then we get to see live action on the canal from the viewing platform as we witness the ships passing through.

After the locks, we'll head back to our hotel, the Crowne Plaza Airport Hotel to check in, have dinner and rest before flights out the next day.
