An experience of a lifetime that I cannot wait to recreate! The accommodations exceeded my expectations and are well worth the price paid. The resort staff was extremely friendly, kind and genuinely wanted to create the best possible experience for every one of us. I had the best massage of my life - coming from someone who has been privileged to enjoy some fantastic spas. The food was out of this world! Plenty to keep me nourished and full. The most delightful presentation and mix of amazing flavors! Above those things - Katy was the most wonderful host taking such care and intention into every interaction. The Sangha (of women) she created speaks volumes of the beautiful person and leader she is. It was the perfect balance of freedom/relaxation, challenge (physically), social interaction and investment in ourselves as individuals. This being my first time, I couldn't have dreamed of a more perfect retreat! I would absolutely join another retreat led by Katy.

I had an incredible time at the Clarity & Connection Retreat with Katy. It was more than just a yoga retreat, it was a truly special experience. Katy is a gifted and generous leader, and she created a beautiful sense of community during the retreat. I left with some profound realizations and growth and also felt deeply nourished and filled up by the time enjoying the amazing resort. Everything from the accommodations to the food was fabulous. I would highly recommend this retreat and plan to go again.

I experienced transformational healing on Katy’s retreat. She created a safe container to do deep work. The location was also amazing. Food and hospitality were incredible with great options for spa and adventures. I would highly recommend Katy’s retreats to anyone who is curious about deepening their yoga and meditation practices.
