Panama Yoga & Surf Retreat!

Join us for this ocean lover's yoga & surf retreat on the wild Pacific Coast of Panama! Mellow waves. Epic sunsets.

The feeling of riding across the face of a green wave, harnessing the pure energy of the ocean and being totally in sync with the rhythms of nature. Once you’ve had a good wave, you want more!

Santa Catalina is a laid back little surf town on the Pacific Coast of Panama. With consistent surf year round, you will learn to surf with our professional, friendly, and encouraging local surf instructors. We will learn at Playa Estero: an uncrowded, easy-to-learn beach break with a soft, sandy bottom. We can also cater lessons at different breaks if you are intermediate/ advanced.

Surf packages are optional - you can join the retreat without surfing :)

What's included

6 nights accomodation

6 nights accomodation in a private or shared garden view room with AC, fridge, complimentary bath products, hammock, terrace

All meals

All breakfasts, lunches and dinners. We will take you out in town for a couple of dinners (included in your stay). Morning coffee and tea, breakfast smoothies.

2x daily yoga sessions

Morning Vinyasa flow and evening Yin/ Restorative Yoga. Beginner friendly, no experience necessary.

Sound Bath

A soothing and relaxing sound bath at our venue one evening

Santa Catalina Island

Half day trip to Santa Catalina Island including a picnic lunch. Option to swim, snorkel, paddleboard at the island.

Coiba National Park

A full day excursion snorkeling and exploring in UNESCO Coiba National Park. Option to dive if you are PADI certified (+$60 USD). Lunch in the park.

Dryland surf lesson

Dryland surf lesson with our lead surf instructor.

Kayaks, bikes, SUPs

Complimentary use of paddleboards, kayaks, foam top surf boards and bicycles from Santa Catalina Hotel

Beach bonfire

Beach bonfire on our last evening together to close out the week

Airport transfers

Airport transfer to Santa Catalina from Panana CIty Dec 8th at 9am. Return to Panama City Dec 14th by 3pm.

What's not included

Surf packages (optional)

Choose how many days you would like to surf: 1 to 5 days, 2-2.5 hour lesson each day. $80-400 depending on the number of lessons you choose.

Flights to Panama

Round trip flights to Panama City.

Panama City hotel

Accommodation in Panama City the night of December 7th. Transfer shuttle to Santa Catalina departs Panama City at 9am December 8th.

Travel insurance

Travel medical and trip cancellation/ interruption insurance are required.

Extra beverages

Alchohol is not included, and any extra teas/ coffees and snacks outside of meals times. These can be put on your room tab and paid at the end of your stay

Extra activities

Any extra excursion you choose to do such as horseback riding, fishing, massage. Can be paid at the end of your stay.
