We had so much fun in Colombia last year that we're heading to the stunning archipelago of Bocas Del Toro, Panama next winter for Round 2. Join Jessie Alegria and Laura Mucci for 6 nights / 7 days of relaxation, fun in the sun, and the fitness classes you know and love, which let’s be honest, we will all need come February of 2022!

Our trip begins in Panama City, where we meet up at the international airport (PTY) and fly on our included, inter-country flight to Bocas Del Toro (a $275 value). Upon arrival at our exclusive retreat center, you can expect 3 healthy and delicious, locally sourced meals each day from our private chef, daily yoga, dance and other fitness classes with Jessie and Laura, and all of the sunshine you can soak up! We are also including one group excursion in your retreat package, which will be a boating and snorkeling excursion of the islands off Bocas town.

Free time can be spent soaking up the sun on our near private beach, relaxing by the pool, biking to hidden beaches, exploring hiking trails around the retreat center, horseback riding, snorkeling, scuba diving, and experiencing the local culture of Bocas del Toro. The optional excursions are affordable and allow you the opportunity to create your own perfect week. Be as active or relaxed as you like! 

Our retreat center features a 65 foot lap pool, secluded beach, and nature reserve where you will see wild sloths, monkeys, toucans and more! We will have exclusive use of the entire property, which includes 3 beach houses, all with multiple bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchens for your use. 

A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your space at our retreat center and your seat on the included inter-country flight from Panama City (PTY) to Bocas del Toro (BOC).

-Required Trip Insurance

You must have a valid passport to travel to Panama. Please check your passport expiration date and make sure it is valid for at least 6 months after the end date of your retreat. 

SolSeed is uncertain exactly what the VISA and Immunization requirements may be at the time of your retreat. However, you can stay up to date by visiting the CDC's guidelines regarding Panama's requirements here.

All retreats include a $500 non-refundable / non-transferable deposit, which is required to hold your spot on the trip. Any balance payments made are also non-refundable / non-transferable. SolSeed Retreats can only make an exception to these terms if:

1. The host government forbids us to visit as tourists.
2. The host government forbids our vendors from hosting us as tourists.
3. The US government forbids us to travel to the host country as tourists.

If SolSeed must further postpone or cancel the trip for any of the above reasons, all registrants will receive a refund of all deposits paid less $200.

The purchase of travel insurance is required for this trip, most policies protect you against potential trip delays or cancellations due to airline issues, family emergencies, illness, injury, etc. The travel insurance will also demonstrate to the host country that you are able to pay for any emergency services which may be necessary during your stay.

SolSeed is not authorized to sell travel insurance. Any offer to purchase travel insurance that you encounter during the checkout process are third party offers. We strongly encourage you to speak with a travel insurance agent to discuss your specific coverage needs, and to clear up any questions you may have relative to travel insurance coverage, including questions about COVID-19.

If you refuse to comply with the laws of the host country, region, town, etc; SolSeed will not consider this a valid reason for receiving any refund. SolSeed will ensure to the best of their abilities that all registrants comply with all then current laws and regulations. Registrants are personally responsible for complying to local laws, at their own expense. Such expenses may include, but are not limited to:

1. Proving adequate vaccination status
2. Providing a negative PCR test(s)
3. Providing proof of adequate travel insurance

You will be flying in and out of Panama City (PTY) Tocumen International airport. You must adhere to the following flight parameters, as we will be coordinating your international flights with the inter-country flight we will be taking (and booking for you) from PTY to Bocas del Toro, unless you plan to get yourself to the domestic airport, Albrook Airport, by 3:30PM on Saturday, February 12th.

For arrival day, Saturday, February 12th, please arrive in Panama City (PTY) NO LATER THAN 2:45PM. 

For departure day, Friday, February 18th, please depart Panama City (PTY) NO EARLIER THAN 11:35AM. 

If you are flying into PTY from another city, please make sure you land by 2:45pm to meet the group for our included transfer to the regional airport. The domestic flight to Bocas del Toro departs from the smaller, Albrook Airport, about 30 min away from the international one that you will be flying into.
