Our villa is a contemporary luxury villa that fuses organic and Mexican details. Set at the top of a hill and the end of a cul-de-sac, this chic villa offers magnificent views yet remains very private and offers easy access to the beach and the bustle of downtown. The villa has a spectacular top level with an open entertainment area, a heated infinity pool, an outdoor kitchen, and 20 seat bar with breathtaking 180-degree views and magical sunsets!

The space

Our luxury villa fuses organic and Mexican details. Located hillside, a short walk to the beach, and the Malecon boardwalk, you will be perfectly poised for the ultimate tropical holiday. Set at the top of a hill and the end of a cul-de-sac, this chic villa offers magnificent views yet remains very private and offers easy access to the beach and the bustle of downtown. With a spectacular top level with open entertainment, living, and dining areas, all under a giant palapa. This spectacular space opens onto a spacious terrace with a heated infinity pool, a barbeque, an outdoor kitchen, and 20 seat bar with breathtaking 180-degree views of the town and the Bay of Banderas. Alfresco dining is an excellent experience as you take in the vistas. You will find a media room, elevator, and Wi-Fi access. Our reservation includes a chef service and housekeeping—luxurious details from marble floors to concrete countertops. The interior palapa-style high ceiling creates a lovely overtone above the comfortable living area and magnificent dining area with a giant custom-made table. The 4 master suites feature en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, and access to terraces with breathtaking views overlooking the town and ocean. The 2 presidential-style suites are on the lower terrace with an oversized jacuzzi. The secluded 9th master bedroom with ensuite is on the lower terrace and offers no views. During the winter and early spring seasons, the bay is visited by whales, dolphins, and other intriguing sea creatures. Every day, the aerial dance of pelicans gliding along the tips of the ocean waves never ceases to amaze. Whether for golf or water sports, shopping, or nightlife, there is something for everyone under the therapeutic Riviera sun. As the days wind down, recline with your favorite cocktail and enjoy the magical sunsets! Villa Iris is fully staffed, so you don't need to lift your finger while enjoying your vacation.

Day Trip to Marietas Island
We will enjoy a continental breakfast while cruising to the Marietas Islands. Once at the Marietas’, we will have time to explore the main beach, Playa La Nopalera.

After exploring the island, we will have time to snorkel, swim and play in the water. There is plenty of food, with Tacos and Fajitas for lunch and all-day snacks. Don’t forget! We also have a Premium Open Bar!

We will sail in style on board a beautiful 55′ X 20′ yacht with two large decks and plenty of sun or shade options. Lounge and relax on the custom-built seating and cushions. Ready for fun? This yacht has two waterslides and a jumping platform and is fully equipped with all water toys.

The Marietas Islands and its hidden beach comprise a world sanctuary of biodiversity and a majestic rarity of nature, enclosed in a semi-dome of stone.

These islands are home to various bird species, including pelicans, frigate birds, and blue-footed boobies, as well as sea turtles and dolphins. However, the most famous attraction of the Marietas Islands is the hidden beach, a secluded paradise hidden within a cave that can only be accessed by swimming through a small opening in the rock.

The Marietas Islands are a must-see for anyone visiting Puerto Vallarta, offering a unique and breathtaking experience that can’t be found anywhere else.

The Marietas Islands are of volcanic origin. Over millions of years, these islands were formed by volcanic activity under the sea. The volcano’s cone grew until the crater reached the top of the sea’s surface, so the island appeared.

Before returning to the marina, we will stop for another opportunity to play with all our water toys and plunge off our famous water slides.

Despite having previously traveled with Veeta @ Utopian Paradise, my husband and I had never experienced an all-inclusive trip until our trip to Cozumel. Our group consisted of seven couples, most of whom were strangers at the start, but we quickly formed bonds that felt like family, and we're already making plans for more adventures with Utopian Paradise. From the moment we arrived until the day we departed, we were pampered beyond belief. There was a personal chef on hand every day to prepare all our meals, and bartenders were at our service throughout the day. I never once felt hungry because there was always a delicious dish, snack, or drink being offered. The staff was not only efficient but incredibly friendly and personable, making our stay even more enjoyable. The Private Villa where we stayed was nothing short of picturesque. It's hard to put into words just how stunning it was, with its oceanfront location. We had our own private deck overlooking the ocean, and we could easily walk down to the water to swim or explore the marine life. The staff even made the effort to check in on us at the deck, ensuring we had everything we needed. Veeta surprised us with a different show or event every night, adding an extra layer of excitement to our trip. One of the highlights was a five-hour private catamaran adventure that included our personal bartenders and chefs, who crafted delicious lunches and drinks. We had the opportunity to snorkel and witness some incredible sea life, including the breathtaking sight of an Eagle Ray, which are enormous creatures. We also spotted an array of fish, starfish, and even a nurse shark. When we anchored at a beautiful beach spot, we were free to swim and snorkel. During this time, a family of stingrays came right up to us and lingered around, providing us with a unique and unforgettable experience. The water was unbelievably beautiful, and the entire scene was like something out of a magazine. If you've never had the opportunity to enjoy an experience like this, I wholeheartedly recommend reaching out to Veeta @ Utopian Paradise and booking your own adventure. Utopian Paradise has expanded the way we think about travel. To say the trips are exceptional is an understatement! We are a military family and have been a lot of places but it was always a PCS or trip for work. Most of the time not together. We took our first couples trip with Utopian and we are so glad we did! The villa, chef, tours and destination were top notch! The other couples on the trip have become extended family! If you want to have a good time, go on a Utopian Paradise trip! Utopian Paradise provided an exquisite Women's Retreat from start to finish. Communications was seamless and was kept in the know on all aspects of the trip. Transportation was timely and comfortable from arrival to departure. Accommodations were overthetop.com gorgeous!!! The villa was beyond comfortable, luxurious & spacious. Each traveler had their own room and bathroom. I woke up to a view like no other each morning. Chef prepared meals were delicious and staged for the queens we are. The floating breakfasts at the pool were innovative. Evenings in the hot tub overlooking the Caribbean and Atlantic Sea was mesmerizing. The ladies were down to earth, drama free and fun to be around. The excursions were well thought out and fun. I can go on and on. However, I highly suggest you experience a Utopian Paradise Luxury Retreat for Women... you won't regret it! Matter of fact, it will become a necessary expenditure for self-care.
