And that’s to say nothing of the wine. Priorat is an area frequented and well-known by the locals in Catalonia, and Châteauneuf-du-Pape is world famous for its wine, so you will have a chance to compare both. Above all, this trip is about experiencing the Europe of the Europeans. What a wonderful trip and experience!  Deborah was a wonderful guide - always cheerful, full of energy, and had lots of “cunning” plans to keep us motivated.  Our accommodations were always excellent and the meals we had in locations chosen by Deborah were delicious.  And, of course, the scenery was beautiful and amazing.
