 - A Passport is required to enter the Dominican Republic. A VALID PASSPORT BOOK WITH 6 MONTHS OF TIME BEFORE EXPIRATION IS REQUIRED FOR THIS TRIP. 

- Deposits are $100 per person. If you plan to have a roommate, both deposits must be received in order to secure the room.

-Airfare is NOT included to/from Punta Cana. You must purchase your plane ticket and arrive in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic (PUJ) on May 13, 2026. You must purchase your ticket from Punta Cana on May 17, 2026. 

-Travel insurance is NOT included in your package, and you must purchase it separately. Adventure Now Travel, LLC and their partners DOES NOT issue refunds, and all packages are non-transferrable. In the event of a cancellation/loss of luggage/medical/weather, you must use the third-party travel insurance provider as a means to receive any refunds (see terms and conditions of the travel insurance provider, Options will be provided once trip is secured.)

-Travel Insurance is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable. You will have 10 days from the date you placed your deposit to purchase cancel for any reason travel insurance. There are other options to choose from after 10 days.

-All final payments are due no later than February 1, 2026. 

-Monthly payments are required to keep your booking active.

-Late payment of $50 per person is required after final due date listed on your payment plan. Late payment fees are automatically added to your reservations the day after your final due date. Late payments will not be accepted more 5 days after the Final Payment is due. Failure to provide full payment within 10 days of the Final Payment Due Date will result in cancellation.

- Name changes are NOT allowed for this package. If a person cannot attend, they will be dropped from the booking and the new person will have to pay the rate at the time of booking.

-  Room deposit must be PAID to secure your reservation, and prices are subject to change until deposit is received and applied.

- All travel documents will be sent 15-30 days prior to departure. 

-All cancellations and/or changes must be received in writing via email only to: alicia@adventure-now-travel.com.

• 3 days before the due date

• on the day of the due date

• "Late notice" 2 days after the due date

*Monthly payments are required in order to keep your booking active (you can pay the requested amount that is split evenly, you can pay more than that amount or less than that amount, but a payment must be received each month).

ALL PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE UNTIL DEPOSIT IS RECEIVED AND APPLIED. IN ORDER TO SECURE THE ROOM ALL DEPOSITS FOR THAT ROOM MUST BE RECEIVED. IF ONE ROOMMATE HAS PAID AND THE OTHER HAS NOT PAID, THE ROOM CANNOT BE SECURED UNTIL ALL DEPOSITS ARE RECEIVED.
