Thanks for leaving a review. I must agree that the scenery was very beautiful! I've been there twice myself and found it to be a great place to vacation! When speaking to the other guest, they all seemed to have a different experience overall than you have stated here. I was confused at your rating because your verbal feedback and participation in things like the nightclub multiple nights, movie theater, and buffet, especially some of the fruit you mentioned, the live shows etc. were all good. The communication and transportation support you received prior to the trip, from what I personally know was excellent. When traveling internationally, always remember that there will be glitches, long lines at times, additional cost for bags etc. So you should prepare for that and pack your patience. But those small matters should not negatively consume your experience. Review platforms should look at categories, transportation, location, room, which you spoke highly of but did not mention here, amenities, food, restaurants, customer service of the resort and agent, things you loved, and what was just ok or not to your liking etc. But again, multiple categories not just focusing on one matter and discounting all the other wonderful things. I believe this was your first land international trip, if so, it is more helpful to be more prepared for these types of issues, also being aware of what you need to have as a traveler before hand. Concessions were made to assist you, more than any other guest. Mindset is everything. Gratefulness is too. God Bless.
