Katrinka was an absolute blessing in the entire process of planning my mother’s 80th birthday celebration. She handled every inconvenience, every personality, and every positive and negative situation with grace. I had high expectations, and she met every last one of them. You can tell she truly cares about making your experience one to remember. From the dinner reservations to the catamaran boat experience to the main event held at the exquisite spa for a wonderful dinner celebration for my mother. She made the cutest and most memorable bags, cups, and t-shirts that my family and I could cherish forever. Katrinka made this process so seamless with plentiful Facebook lives answering questions and was very responsive to every one’s needs until we said our goodbyes in Jamaica. My only note for improvement is to have a paper itinerary for those who do not have smartphones (if you are traveling with the elderly). Although Katrinka vocalized everything and put it in our group chat, I think it would have been nice to have for those to refer to not in the group chat. Other than that, I honestly have nothing more to say than book with Katrinka now so you can have the best trip experience and memories to cherish for a lifetime. The stay at Lady Hamilton resort was fantastic. We really had a great time. This was the perfect time of year to be in Jamaica. Thank you for making our experience a memorable one.

This trip was okay but not the best. My past cruise experience with Royal Caribbean was much much better. More than likely I will not be traveling with Carnival again. The smoking on the ship was unbearable and the unattended children was just too much! I received much more helpful information and tips from fellow cruisers in the carnival group that was created before the trip than I received from the travel agent. Overall just an “ok” experience.

With this being my first cruise I went in with great expectations and was not disappointed, it was everything I anticipated and more and am so thankful for Katrinka for organizing this trip and making things so simple to understand.

We had an amazing time! The food, lodging, and hospitality were fantastic. This was our first trip but definitely won’t be our last!
