Payment Plan:
1. Pay $500 per person non-refundable deposit
2. 50% payment due August 15, 2025
3. 50% payment due December 1, 2025
4. If you need a different payment plan, please contact [email protected] and we're happy to work with you on flexible, extended payment options.
Cancellation Policy:
Any cancellation will result in the loss of the non-refundable deposit. A cancellation between August 15, 2025 and December 1, 2025 will result in a loss of 50% of the trip price. Any cancellation made after December 1, 2025 will result in a total loss of the trip price.
This is why we are requiring that you purchase Travel Insurance to attend this retreat to protect your investment and our contractual obligations. We strongly recommend that you purchase Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) insurance to best protect your investment. You can use our suggested Travel Guard Insurance and choose from several policy options or a travel insurance company of your choice. You will also be required to sign a Travel Insurance Form.

What’s not included
- Airfare to Costa RicaAirfare to and from Costa Rica. Please note you will need to arrive in Costa Rica on or before April 30, 2026 to board our plane which leaves at 9:00 AM on May 1. We will provide hotel options.
- Trip InsuranceTrip insurance is not included but is required to attend this retreat.
- AlcoholImiloa is an alcohol free venue so that all participant can remain embodied and present. Private transportation is available if you wish to go into town for some cocktails.
- Wellness BarWellness bar serving scrumptious coffee drinks, smoothies, and elixirs is available for purchase and may be included in an upgraded package.
