Patagó - A trip for all senses

This trip has been designed thinking on the joy of being present in every step of the way in one of the most beautiful landscape of the Argentinean Patagonia.

This a day to get some rest and join energies for the upcoming days in Patagonia. Accomodation. 

Departure from Buenos Aires - Ezeiza Airport in Aerolineas Argentinas at 10:25 am, we are landing on Calafate at 13:40 and a representative will be expecting us at the airport to take us to our hotel, Marcopolo Suites.

At night we invite you to have dinner at Le Volpi, a hidden restaurant only accesible by recomendation. A great 4 courses menu along with nice a nice talk and good wine will welcome us to this Land of Glaciers. 

Patagonia has secrets to tell through its first settlers. We invite you to learn about the Argentine culture of the countryside surrounded by amazing landscapes. We pick you up at the hotel in the morning and start the trip to the Nibepo Aike Ranch, pioneer in El Calafate.

There, we enjoy a demonstration of shearing and gaucho tasks. Then, we enjoy a delicious traditional lunch with salads, Patagonian lamb, excellent wines and dulce de leche crêpe.

At the end we sail towards the Brazo Rico to disembark at Playa de las Monedas, where we take a gentle walk through a lenga forest, until we arrive at a viewpoint of the Glacier that only passengers on this excursion can reach! We board again to sail in front of the south face of the Perito Moreno Glacier while enjoying a whisky with ice from the glacier and chocolates.

We disembark and head to the glacier's walkways to enjoy all its fronts and ice detachments, out of the massive schedule. At the end, we return together to the city of El Calafate.

Every trip needs you to be at your best, nobody better than you to know how. This day is for you to explore, discover and enjoy Calafate. We are gonna be at the tip of a finger to recommed activities, where to eat or visit.

After breakfast you will go to the rental car office to take your 4x4 and head up to the youngest town in Argentina, El Chalten. In a 3-hours amazing roadtrip with some of the spectacular views of Los Andes we will reach our destination. The rest of the day is just for waiting the sun to come down and just be there enjoying the sky along the shape of the mountains.

Early in the morning our adventure begins, a representative will pick you up at our hotel and will take us to an Estancia Day horseback rinding an a full nature inmersive experience. We will ride the horses for approximately 2 hours. Leaving from the corrals, we will cross the entire Vizcacha canyon and its spectacular mallín. Before entering the forest, in the pampita, we will be able to enjoy a panoramic view of the Chalten hill. Then, already in the forest of Lengas and Ñires, we will advance in a constant and slight ascent until arriving at the Lita Lagoon, Once in the place, and while the lunch is prepared, we will make a small trekking to the viewpoint of Laguna Cóndor.

After a nice meal we will begin the return to our home in Patagonia.

This day is dedicated to make the path to Laguna de los 3, the most popular trek in Chalten. Just bring confortable clothes and a quick meal for the road and prepare to walk into ancestral woods, pristine rivers ans creeks. Take your time and enjoy being there. Its a 6-8 hours go-back trek in a piece of paradise.

We leave Patagonia, we have plenty of time to enjoy the road from El Chalten to Calafate Airport, our plane departs at 17:40 and there we gonna leave our car and say goodbye to Patagó.

Once in Buenos Aires a representative will take you to our hotel in BA.

At the proper time a representative will take us to Ezeiza Airport just in time for our international flight back home.
