Your guide will greet you at the hotel and you will begin your sightseeing tour. Here you will have the chance to admire the countless signs of history in this vibrant modern city. The first stop will be at Castello Sforzesco, a very well maintained fortification that will throw you back into the 15 century. From the Castle we proceed to  the magnificent Duomo of Milan (also called “El Dom’ de Milan”), one of the most majestic cathedrals of Europe. Your visits will continue with the Sant’Ambrogio Church a very important example of Medieval Christianity which was consecrated by St. Ambrose in 387 AD. Just some minutes away, you will visit Santa Maria delle Grazie (entrance included) that is an outstanding emblem of Catholic Tradition included in the UNESCO World Heritage sites list. This Church and Dominican Convent contains the mural of The Last Supper by Leonardo da Vinci, which is in the refectory of the convent.

At the hotel you will meet your coach driver and start your journey to Venice. On the way, the first stop will be Verona to visit the romantic city that still feels like its Shakespearean legacy, and it is possible to recall the main moments of the timeless love story of Romeo and Juliet strolling around the streets of this Italian city. Here we will have the opportunity to feel as Juliet on her balcony- from Sheakspeare act III, scene III, “there is no world without Verona walls, but purgatory, torture, hell itself. Hence banished is banish’d from the world. An world’s exile is death….”. Verona is also famous for the Roman Amphitheater, and for its majestic churches, such as San Anastasia, San Zeno and the majestic Duomo (entrance fees  included - Verona Card). After your lunch in a local restaurant (with 3 course menu including ½ water and ¼ wine) you will reach Padova to admire the famous Basilica of Saint Antony of Padua and the Cappella della Scrovegni (entrance fee included). At the end, you will reach Venice Tronchetto where you will be greeted by your English Speaking Assistant who will accompany you with the taxi-boat to the center of Venice for your check-in at your Venice hotel.

At the hotel you will meet our assistant that will stay with you during your transfer by taxi-boat to Venice Tronchetto where you will meet your private coach. Admiring the beautiful scenery, you will travel to Ravenna. Here, with your local guide, you will visit the major religious sites of the area: Basilica of San Vitale , Mausoleoum of Galla Placidia, Basilica of Sant’Apollinare nuovo and Neonian Baptistery. The most important tourist attractions in Ravenna are the mosaics, and the churches housing them, which are on UNESCO's World Heritage listing. Basilica di San Vitale - this church is the glory of Ravenna. Built between 526 and 547 the building has a simple brick exterior but the interior is rich with marbles and mosaics. Byzantine mosaics illustrate scenes from the Old Testament and also lovely representations of the Emperor Justinian, the Empress Theodora and their elegant retinues.
Mausoleo di Galla Placidia (Mausoleum of Galla Placidia) - alongside San Vitale and visited at the same time, the mausoleum is a surprisingly tiny building:. Galla Placidia was an important woman: born in around 390 AD, she was the daughter, sister, wife and mother of Roman emperors and had a full and colourful life. This building is said to have been built as her tomb; however she died in Rome and her body may never have been brought here. The ceiling is a blue field of little gold stars, with a cross in the centre and symbols of the Evangelists at each corner. Pictorial mosaics on the walls include a lovely one of the Good Shepherd.
Battistero Neoniano - this baptistery was built at the beginning of the fifth century and was renovated by a bishop called Neone fifty years later (hence the name). The building is octagonal and its interior is highly decorated with marbles, carvings and mosaics. The mosaic in the domed ceiling portrays the story of the baptism of Christ by John the Baptist. Basilica di Sant'Apollinare Nuovo - this basilica houses some of the most reproduced of Ravenna's mosaics. A mosaic frieze shows processions of martyrs and virgins leaving Ravenna - represented by the palace of Theodoric - and the port of Classe to pay tribute to Christ and the Madonna.

 In the early morning you will depart Ravenna for Florence. On the way, you will stop in Bologna. Here, accompanied by your local guide, you can admire this very particular city famous for its friendliness, its cuisine and its history. Here in piazza Maggiore, the main square of the city, you will be surrounded by Medieval & Renaissance buildings and later you will admire the tower of Bologna the landmark symbol of the city, and also the Fountain of Neptune. Then, you will have the opportunity to visit the Basilica di Santo Stefano - also known as Sette Chiese and Santa Gerusalemme (entrance with free offer). At the end of your visit, you will enjoy your lunch in the land of the best Italian Cuisine in a local restaurant (with 3 course menu including ½ water and ¼ wine). In the afternoon, you will reach Florence where your local guide will accompany you in a walking tour of the city. Check-in to Florence hotel  

Enjoy a free day to explore Florence.  Option to join your host to attend Sunday morning services at Santa Maria delle Fiore Cathedral (Florence's famous Duomo).  The 10:30 service is in Latin with Gregorian Chanting;  a unique and memorable Christian experience to have in Florence, the birthplace of the renaissance, regardless of your denomination.  Also fast-track tickets for the world renowned Uffizi Art Gallery, and the Academia Art Gallery (Home of Michaelangelo's David) are available at the time of booking.

In the morning you will depart Florence to Assisi and on the way you will have the opportunity to visit San Giminiano.  This city, with its 14 towers, rises up like a medieval Manhattan. Here your local guide will accompany you to explore the richness of history in this small Town. You can admire the Piazza della Cisterna, Basilica di Santa Maria Assunta (Duomo) and Chapel of St. Fina + Museum of sacred art (Entrance Fees included) and  Sant’Agostino Church (subject to availability). We will then proceed on to Siena.  There, our local guide will show us all the beauty of this medieval city as Piazza Campo, the Duomo a Romanesque-Gotic Cathedral with its mosaics (Duomo complex entrance fees included), the Torre del Mangia and the The Basilica of San Domenico - also known as Basilica Caterina,.  En route, you will enjoy a lunch in a local restaurant (with 3 course menu including ½ water and ¼ wine).

Then in the late afternoon, as if cupped in celestial hands, with the plains spreading picturesquely below, and Monte Subasio rearing steep and wooded above, the mere sight of Assisi in the rosy glow of dusk is enough to send pilgrims' soul spiraling towards heaven. Here you will meet your guide to enjoy the city with a walking tour of Assisi's striking beauty and pristinely preserved medieval historical center and Unesco listed Franciscan structures that are a fabled heaven that will compel and electrify you.
