Day 2: Friday — Curiosity: Challenging Our Narrative

10:00 AM: Hearty Winter Breakfast & Active Discussion
1:30 PM: Cold Joy Workshop I: The Practice of Presence
2:30 PM: Adventure: The First Immersion
4:30 PM: Warming & Journaling
6:00 PM: Dinner (Slow, shared meal in the Farmhouse.)
7:30 PM: Fireside Connection: Sharing the Shift (Sharing personal takeaways from the day’s immersion.)
Day 3: Saturday — Adventure: Sustaining the Practice & Joy
