Friday: Discovering Your Ikigai

Hands-on seed starting in our new greenhouse. Learn about spring planting while you plant seeds to take home.
Then: create your life garden vision board using natural materials, pressed flowers, seeds, and images. What are you cultivating this year? What needs tending? What needs space to grow?
5:30 PM - Gathering Time
Pre-dinner reflection and connection.
6:00 PM - Farm Dinner
Celebratory spring meal.
7:30 PM - Fire Ceremony
Releasing what no longer serves. Calling in what you are cultivating. Ancient ritual for modern times.

A Few Gentle Reminders:
- Everything is optional. If your body is asking for rest instead of a workshop, rest.
- Massage appointments will be scheduled upon arrival.
- The Meadowhouse (sauna, hot tub, cold plunge) is available throughout your stay.
- Digital detox is encouraged but not required. We will have a basket for phones if you would like to truly disconnect.
- There are no rules about alcohol, food, or how you spend your time. This retreat trusts you to know what you need.
- Please let us know about dietary restrictions in advance so we can nourish you well.
