 Named the 'World's Ocean Aquarium' by famous ocean diver, Jacque Cousteau, La Paz's touts a rich history of reef protection and is one of the world's most diverse marine protected area.

We'll spend four luxurious nights at the Costa Baja Resort, a 5-star tropical beach paradise during winter filled with yoga, stand-up paddling, snorkeling, massage, delicious plant-based food, community and adventure with a like minded group of fellow travelers. No problemo! We are WPA certified guides for Stand Up Paddling (SUP). The retreat includes a private SUP lesson for newbees and anyone who wants to improve their paddle skills.

We'll journey together to Isla Espiritu, the 'island of spirits' just off the coast of LA Paz. A marine protected area and declared part of a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO in 1995.We will immerse in the blue sea to swim & snorkel with whale sharks, baby seals, and mobula rays. And then spend a relaxing afternoon on Ensanada Grande Beach, voted the most beautiful beach in Mexico by Travel Magazine.

After a morning on the beach, we take an afternoon trip to visit our friends at Care for Kids La Paz, an organization dedicated to improving the lives of underserved kids and their families. 

We spend a fun time of yoga, dance, doodling, street clean and playing with the kids to experience their lives in La Paz, one of the most friendly communities in Baja Mexico. 

We support our friends by bring an extra suitcase of supplies and monetary donations needed for the kids and families to thrive.
