Hi Jennifer and Edwina, Thank you for such a special weekend. Ratna Ling is an amazing place...I was surprised by how clean and new it all was. And the location is just magical. The food was divine. I loved the weekend that you two put together. It was so thoughtful. My feedback is that for some of us Type As (ok, me)...the circle time on Saturday morning was just too long. I was ready to get moving. Everyone was told to say one thing and some people took several minutes. I am such a rule follower...I am working on it...but if you have 30 seconds and you have a stick timer, then stick to it. By the way this was a little better on Sunday morning. Not trying to be insensitive here but there is plenty of time during the weekend for conversation and sharing. I LOVED the sound healing. So great. Would have actually maybe liked one more practice on Friday night...like a restorative or guided meditation. Yes, I am type A and I'm working on it but I always just want to cram in as much as I can. I will definitely come back! The size of the group was really perfect. Thank you both so much. Namaste, Caroline
