The following per person fees apply for cancellations:  

From 120 to 91 calendar days before departure the cancellation fee is 25% of package price per person ;   

From 90 to 61 calendar days before departure the cancellation fee is 50% of package price per person  

From 60 to 31 calendar days before departure the cancellation fee is 75% of package price per person 

From 30 calendar days before departure until the departure date the cancellation fee is the full tour price..  

At any time prior to 120 days before departure, Client may be entitled to 100% refund minus non-refundable deposit.

Travel to and arrive in the city that never sleeps:  New York, New York! After meeting your PAT host, your adventure begins as you make your way into the city.  Perhaps today you'll have some time to explore Times Square and Midtown Manhattan as you get your bearings for the next four days of excitement in The Big Apple.  Check-in to your Midtown Manhattan hotel and get ready for dinner at Hard Rock Cafe Times Square. 

After breakfast, you'll meet your tour guides and set off on your tour of Midtown including Times Square, Central Park, Upper West Side, Harlem, St. Patrick's Cathedral, Rockefeller Center and window shopping on fabulous Fifth Avenue! That evening after dinner at Bubba Gump, you'll take in your first Broadway show!  

After breakfast, you'll load up and depart for Lower Manhattan and the 9/11 Museum/Memorial.  You'll take the ferry to Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island before heading to Little Italy/Chinatown for lunch and the city's best souvenir shopping.  Dinner is at John's Pizzeria in Times Square followed by another Broadway show.  Cap off the night with a view of New York from the Empire State Building! 

After breakfast, this could be your workshop day.  Afterward, enjoy the incomparable views atop One World Observatory.  Then there's time for exploring Midtown Manhattan with your groups before getting ready for tonight's dinner at Dallas BBQ and your final Broadway show. 

After breakfast at your hotel, perhaps a little more time for last  minute shopping and then it's time to load the buses and depart for the airport and your flight home!
