Lima is one of my favorite cities and I'm so excited for you to get to see it! We'll do a city tour around Barranco, the bohemian neighborhood. Afterwards we'll head to a local restaurant for our cooking class! We will learn to make Causa Limeña, ceviche, and Pisco sour.
After lunch, we will visit the three eras of Lima’s history, including the Contemporary (the city’s most traditional residential areas), Ancestral Lima (which includes a panoramic view of the Pucllana Pyramid, a ceremonial centre built in the 4th Century CE), and finally Colonial Lima (which takes you through Lima’s historic centre and includes the Plaza San Martin, Plaza Mayor, and San Francisco museum).
