Tucked into the lush mountains of northern Peru, at Goctalab Retreat in Cocachimba, this women’s retreat is an invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect — with nature, with community, and with yourself.
Cocachimba is a small jungle village at the base of the magnificent Gocta Waterfall — one of the tallest waterfalls in the world. The air is warm and alive. Hummingbirds move through the gardens. The mountains hold you.
This retreat is about women gathering — not to perform, achieve, or push — but to be.
We will share:
Morning movement + grounding practices
Coffee tasting experiences with local producers
A guided river walk through the jungle
A traditional Peruvian cooking class
Spacious time to rest, journal, swim, and exhale
For those craving adventure, there is optional white-water rafting and the breathtaking trek to Gocta.
Expect:
Deep belly laughter
Meaningful conversations
The kind of connection that lingers long after you return home
This is not a luxury escape in the flashy sense. It’s something better. It’s real. It’s warm. It’s immersive. It’s women in community, held by the wild beauty of Peru.
If you’ve been craving nature, sisterhood, and a reset for your nervous system — this is your place.

I create restorative women’s retreats designed to help women slow down, reconnect, and return to themselves.
As a Registered Massage Therapist since 2006, and yoga teacher and retreat facilitator since 2015, my work blends movement, therapeutic touch, sound, hands-on assists, and essential oils to create deeply nourishing experiences for the body, mind, and soul.
I believe in the power of rest, ritual, connection, and engaging the senses to support renewal, softness, and self-discovery. My retreats are intentional spaces where women can feel grounded, supported, inspired, and deeply cared for.
