Thursday: Arrival & Settling In

Fireside gathering: introductions, intention setting, and the invitation to let go.
6:00 PM - Farm Dinner
Nourishing, seasonal meal. Warm bread. Good conversation. Zero rules.
8:00 PM - REST
Sauna, hot tub, early bedtime, or fireside quiet time. Your evening, your choice.
Friday: Rest as Resistance

Gentle yoga, winter walk, or sleep in. Your body knows what it needs.
10:00 AM - Brunch
Unhurried, abundant, delicious. Linger as long as you like.
11:00 AM - 2:30 PM - Free Time
This is sacred space for:
- Massage appointments
- Naps (highly encouraged)
- Reading by the fire
- Sauna & hot tub
- Winter walks
- Absolutely nothing
There is no agenda. This is your time.
2:30 PM - Afternoon Snacks & Tea
Gather for warm beverages and something nourishing.

A Few Gentle Reminders:
- Everything is optional. If your body is asking for rest instead of a workshop, rest.
- Massage appointments will be scheduled upon arrival.
- The Meadowhouse (sauna, hot tub, cold plunge) is available throughout your stay.
- Digital detox is encouraged but not required. We will have a basket for phones if you would like to truly disconnect.
- There are no rules about alcohol, food, or how you spend your time. This retreat trusts you to know what you need.
- Please let us know about dietary restrictions in advance so we can nourish you well.
