Meals
This is a "foodie" resort - you will absolutely love the food. Make a point of eating at each restaurant and sample the different gourmet cuisine each day. All meals are included.
Transportation
Round trip transportation from the airport to the resort upon arrival and from the resort to the airport for your departure.
Pickleball Instruction
You will have instruction and play time each day to improve your pickleball game and have fun with a tournament on Tuesday afternoon.

Arrival in Cancun!!
Arrive at the Cancun International Airport; you will go through
immigrations, gather your luggage and pass through customs.
Walk outside to the transfer pick up area.
Check in with transportation representative. (Transfer info will be in your travel documents.)
Rep will take you to the van for your transfer to Ava Resort.
Check in and relax by the pool, beach, play pickleball, get lunch
or meet at the Cocktail Bar @ Elevator 4 and grab a cocktail.
Welcome Meeting to talk about the schedule for the week.
Pick up your goodie bag; Answer any questions.

Departure Day
You will have to be at the airport 3 hours prior to departure.
You will be picked up by the transfer company approximately 3 ½ - 4 hrs prior to departure.
Janet will advise you of your pick up times depending on your flight schedule.
Check out is at 12:00 PM - noon
You can leave your luggage with the bellmen and continue to enjoy the resort will approximately 3 PM.
You must check out of your room by noon.
If you’d like to play on the departure day, we may be able to arrange that for you (depending on your departure time). Just let me know what time you’d like to play.
Be in the lobby, checked out approximately 15 minutes prior to your pick up time
