I thought this trip was incredible. You can tell how much work Marcelo put into it with the Navigo. Everything was so well thought out.
The tour guides, Lindsay and Navi were outstanding. This is a trip that my son and I will never forget. I enjoyed watching the kids play in the tournaments.

This would have been a great trip if it weren’t for the hotels. At one point we were staying in a former detention center which was no where near London. It was like being told you were staying in Atlanta only to find your hotel was in Alpharetta. Might have been fine for a tennis team, but not for families. The guides were great and the families traveling together fantastic, which made for a better experience.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We're sorry to hear that the hotel didn’t meet your expectations. To clarify, the hotel you mentioned is a 4-star hotel within the city of London, less than 5 miles from the Tower of London, and only a 17-minute ride from many major sights.
When arranging accommodations for a group, we work within the group's budget, which can sometimes affect the hotel's location. However, we always select 3 and 4-star hotels to ensure our guests' comfort and satisfaction.

Had a good time. Some accommodations were below standard, but all in all, it was good. Guides were fantastic.
