Thank you for choosing to book with Living Dreams Mexico!

      Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be done by email and receipt therefore acknowledged by your sales representative or directly with Living Dreams Mexico to be a valid cancellation.

      - No-shows will be charged the full price.

      - Full refund or credit in case of cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

If you need to cancel your Dream Day:

Larger groups (10+ guests) is 48 hours, since there are higher costs involved and the percentage of guests not showing up is higher than average.

The only weather factor that leads to a cancelation with no penalties is if our port authority deems recreational maritime activities to be unsafe. 🟡 6 to 4 days before pick up 30% refund of the total amount will be charged.

🔴 Less than 48 hours before pick up 100% of the amount will be charged.

Please remember that if you need to cancel or reschedule the activity for any reason, you can call 1 213 984 1040 from the USA or +52 998 168 5422 from within Mexico.

Loved this trip we visited Chichén Itzá first thing in the morning before the big busses showed up. Amazing! Then we visited Valladolid for an excellent traditional Mexican lunch. Swam in a cenote and then finished off the day at Ek Balam!!! What an amazing place. I enjoyed this more than Chichén Itzá. Our guide was so good, knew a lot of history and made the day very enjoyable. I would highly recommend ❤️

We had a great time with Uri and Gilman going to Coba and Tulum. The tour was very well organized and we learned a lot about Mayan history. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone in the Cancun area.

Riaz did a fantastic job of guiding our tour to Tulum with lunch afterwards and a swim in a beautiful private cenote. He is very efficient with his computer tablet showing you pictures as he is explaining Mayan history, geology, etc. He also has a pleasant personality and great sense of humor. Our group enjoyed him and the tour immensely.

First of all we'd like to thank Alejandro for being the best tour guide we have ever had. He is knowledgeable, professional, and the type of person that you want to learn from. He enhanced the overall experience of our tour and was a great guide during this experience. With us being in the Playa del Carmen area to celebrate my girlfriend (now fiancé's) birthday we wanted to do something that was intimate, informative and efficient. Most of the tours we saw were full day excursions, but at the suggestion of our hotel we booked with Living Dreams and I'm so glad. At our request, Alex was able to pack our experience into about 9 hours without us feeling rushed. He picked us up and provided the itinerary and what to expect. I ask a lot of questions, and no matter what, Alex seemed to have the answers whether it was a question about Mexican history, culture or even American history. He knows his stuff and speaks English well. I probably talked a lot with him, but it was because I enjoyed the conversation. He took us to Chichen Itza and not only was he knowledgeable, but he took pictures for us and gave us a true appreciation of the Mayan history and the Yućatan. After the tour of Chichen Itza he took us to have a traditional Mexican dish in the colonial town of Valladolid. It was delicious and they had horchata! From there we went to a cenote and it was special experience. Although I was afraid to really swim without my life vest on, I really enjoyed the cenote and it was a great way to end the activities. Alex was fantastic and we both enjoyed his company because he provided context and conversation throughout our shared journey. We learned so much, not only from the activities, but about Alex. He was a great guide and I believe anyone that has the privilege of him being your guide will have a memorable experience. He was definitely a big part of the living dreams Living Dreams. Thank you Alex.
