We had a good time. The guides were knowlegable and Tulum was interesting. The food was different, but good. Swimming in the cenote was great. Would have liked snorkel equipment so could see under the water better! Lack of snorkel equipment is why only 4 star review.

Poor choice of snorkeling location with no fish to view. Just a loud drunk party boat. A rip off. You wasted one of my vacation days and I missed other good snorkeling opportunities close to our resort. I want a refund. Several of us made valid complaints to Pickleball Getaways staff. They were aware of past complaints.

Booked a day with “Kay tours” and it sucked, they gave us a driver / guide that didn’t speak English & had on idea what we had arranged for our day. Avoid this company they will waste your valuable time

We had a wonderful day at Chichen Itza. Our guide Fernando gave us a VIP expedition of the site. It was a pleasure travelling in a clean, private vehicle, and he continually ensured our comfort. His tour was informative and entertaining, and we felt that we had the best experience at this magnificent place. Not to be missed!

I did Tulum and Epic Centote with Mayan Lunch with James and it was wonderful. He and the driver provided us with an amazing afternoon. He was so interesting and made the entire trip very fun. I recommend it highly. Very professional, very safe.

We did the Dreams Isla Mujeres with Mauricio and enjoyed every minute. The snorkeling was epic- parrot fish, barracuda, beautiful coral is everywhere. His walk around Isla Mujeres was great and informative and the guacamole and fresh watermelon were a great way to end the voyage.
We were able to check out El Meco too! Although it's a small Mayan site, it's beautiful ceiba trees provide a lot of shade. Worth the stop and to see part of Costa Mujeres we hadn't seen.
