Yoga in natural spacesThe YOGATREKs were created with the idea of taking Yoga classes to the natural environment, abandoning the idea of the typical Yoga class in an enclosed space. Through the association of Picos Outdoor with Tytoni Yoga, and with the aim of uniting and enjoying Yoga and the Mountain, arises OUTDOOR YOGA TREK.Our idea was to bring the practice of Yoga to the natural spaces, creating a very attractive activity in which participants could enjoy at the same time two activities that we believe complement each other perfectly, such as Hiking or Trekking and YogaJudging by the participants' satisfaction, we believe we have achieved our goal, as both activities feed off each other, benefiting from each other. We love doing yoga on the grass, to the sound of cowbells and other animals, and the mountains as much as they do. It's a unique and enriching experience for both body and mind, and we encourage you to come and enjoy it.During the Yogatrek we perform different exercises such as asanas, pranayamas, meditation,… During the trip, we will follow a scheduled route that is usually of a medium level, since we aim for the main activity to be Yoga, although we will take you to places that you will love. In addition, we will try to plan the activities for observe events at different times of the year, such as meteor showers, the arrival of autumn to the forests, etc.

I had a great time.  The location is spectacular and best done with a guide as some routes are less obvious and can verge on the precarious in the absence of a trained guide.  Thank you for a memorable experience.
