Start your 2026 ski season with a stunning week in the heart of Italy’s Aosta Valley! Join the Muslim Ski Club this January for Pila Peaks — a special winter getaway in one of Italy’s most scenic and snow-sure resorts.

Tucked high above the historic town of Aosta, Pila offers wide, well-groomed pistes, tree-lined runs, breathtaking views of the Mont Blanc massif, and convenient doorstep skiing. With its friendly, laid-back vibe and easy-to-navigate slopes, it’s the perfect choice for all skill levels — from beginners carving their first turns to confident skiers chasing fresh lines.

This 6-night adventure is all about starting the year right: new snow, fresh air, and a welcoming, like-minded community sharing the mountain together. Relax at a family-run hotel just steps from the lifts — and unwind with our signature après-tea after a day on the slopes!

Hotel Plan Bois sits at the top end of the resort, with easy access. Just 50m from the Leisse Chairlift and new Gondola mid-station, plus the ski school is right across the street. Enjoy friendly service, hearty meals, a relaxing sauna, and a cosy lounge for evenings with friends new and old.

Code of Conduct

At Muslim Ski Club, we are committed to providing a respectful, inclusive, and enjoyable environment for all participants. All participants must respect local laws and customs. Any inappropriate behaviour may result in the termination of services without a refund. Please refer to the Community Guidelines for further information.  Participants must act respectfully, follow Islamic values, and observe local laws and customs. Modest dress and accommodation of prayer breaks are required. Alcohol is strictly prohibited. 

If any concerns arise during the trip, please communicate with the tour leaders for resolution. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of bullying, harassment, or discrimination. Violations may result in removal from the trip without a refund. By booking, you agree to these guidelines and the general terms and conditions.

Important Considerations:

Before booking, please inform us of any medical conditions or other circumstances that might impact your trip. This allows us to assess whether the holiday is suitable for you. If you have reduced mobility (e.g., difficulty walking 500 meters unaided) or require additional support, you must notify us before making a booking.

Additionally, if any changes occur to your health or mobility after booking, you must inform us at least 48 hours before departure to allow us to make necessary adjustments. Failure to provide this information in time may result in the trip being unsuitable for you, and no refund will be issued in such cases.

Medical Disclosure:

 To ensure your safety and well-being, we will ask you to disclose any medical conditions at the time of booking. This information will be kept confidential and only shared with relevant parties in the event of an emergency.

Passport Validity: 

It is your responsibility to ensure that your travel documents meet the entry requirements for Italy and the Schengen Area. For travellers requiring a visa to enter, please check the latest requirements via the official government website or with your local consulate. Entry rules may change, so we strongly recommend checking the latest travel advice on the UK Government website.

Travel Insurance: 

Travel insurance is Mandatory for this trip. All travellers must purchase comprehensive travel insurance that includes winter sports coverage. This policy should cover as a minimum:
✔ Ski equipment rental (including theft/loss)
✔ Medical emergencies & treatment
✔ Trip cancellations & disruptions
✔ Personal belongings, baggage, and money
✔ Repatriation & emergency assistance
✔ Pre-existing medical conditions

✔ Personal liability cover

This requirement applies to everyone in your booking, including children and infants. Your insurance must be active from the time of booking and cover the entire duration of your trip.

Important: The Muslim Ski Club and it's providers do not provide travel insurance, and we are not responsible or liable for any issues arising from inadequate or void policies. We strongly recommend consulting a qualified insurance provider to ensure your policy includes all necessary protections.

Flights and Transfers: You are responsible for your own travel arrangements to and from the meeting points at the agreed times, in this case, Turin (TRN) airport. The transfer time is normally in the region of 2 hours from the airport.

Group Transfer Timing: 

The Arrival group transfer has been scheduled between 12:00pm - 13:00pm

The Departure group transfer has been scheduled between 12:00pm - 13:00pm

Important: Please note if you miss the allocated time for the group transfer or are unable to make it, there will be an additional slot allocated in the evening for a second group transfer which will be dependant on the arrival times of the majority. This will be arranged closer to the time. 

If both transfers don't fit your arrival time, there will be an additional cost to arrange a transfer. 

Alternatively, you can arrange your own transfer to and from the ski resort.

At Muslim Ski Club, we are dedicated to crafting exceptional ski travel experiences that are carefully planned to provide our members with the best possible adventure. To ensure smooth coordination with our partners and suppliers, we require payments well in advance. Once your deposit is processed, it becomes non-refundable, as it is used to secure the services from our suppliers, often months before the trip. We truly appreciate your understanding in this regard. Please review the terms and conditions carefully. By booking your trip, you agree to abide by these conditions.

Payments and Cancellations

💳 Deposit: 

 A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of 35% is required upon booking to secure your spot. This deposit is used to confirm arrangements with our partners and suppliers and cannot be refunded under any circumstances. If you are booking within 12 weeks of departure, full payment will be required at the time of booking.  

📅 Full Payment: 

 If you choose to pay via the deposit option, the remaining balance is due no later than 12 weeks before departure. Failure to make full payment by this deadline may result in the cancellation of your booking without a refund of the deposit.  

🔄 Cancellations & Transfers:

Once full payment has been made, refunds will not be offered unless required by law. If you are unable to travel, you may transfer your spot to another person. It is your responsibility to find a replacement, and you must notify us at least 14 days before departure with the replacement’s details. Name changes and transfers may be subject to an admin fee and additional costs, depending on supplier policies (e.g., lift pass or accommodation name changes).

• Arrival: Arrive at Turin Airport
• Transfer: Approximately 2 hours Transfer to Hotel Plan Bois
• Check-In: Check in and settle into your accommodations after 2:00pm, receive a briefing by the organiser, about the Resort, Equipment and Group Arrangements. 
• Social Dinner: Enjoy a social dinner at the hotel and get to know each other.

• Daily Group Ski Lessons (for those who have booked): 
  • Morning session: 10:30 AM – 1:00 pm 
  • Lessons are tailored for different skill levels and age groups.
  • Members may be allocated into different groups with other local skiers. 

• Après-Tea/Evening Activities: 
  • Wellness: Relax at the hotel lounge, bar, outdoor seating area, gym with sauna
  • Après-Tea: Daily Après-tea moments and social meets
  • Social activities: Fun evenings consisting of games night and other activities!

• Breakfast & Check-Out: After breakfast, check out from the hotel by 10:00am.
• Airport Transfer: Complimentary group transfer to Turin Airport for your return flight.
