There will be daily Pilates around the pool. Daily Mindfulness in the late afternoon. Activities, including: Paddleboarding(easier than you may think), snorkelling. Sailing. Island visits. Beach visits. Tavernas for dinner. Winery excursion. Herbal walk and much more. But also the choice to stay at the villa and read a book or watch the ever changing view from beside the pool.
7 nights accommodation in a luxury villa. Either shared or single room ($200 extra)

A journal is a good idea. Sometimes when we are away from our usual life and especially with the daily meditation and natural environment all around, creativity and a different outlook on life can occur. It is good to write things down so when you go home you can recall the ideas and viewpoints you had while away.
A room to yourself with your own bathroom and either a balcony looking over the sea to the islands or a seating area in the shade outside your room. There is also room to sit indoors and kitchen facilities.

7.30am Drink and snack if needed
8.00am Hour Pilates class around the pool
9.00am Breakfast outside Morning spend around the pool, on day trips, walks etc 1.00pm Lunch at the villa or out and about Afternoon around the pool, on day trips, walks etc
5.30pm A late afternoon guided Mindfulness meditation preferably outside (weather permitting). This will be different every day and include walking, sitting, lying etc and although last year was the first time most of my retreatees had tried meditation it was a favourite part of the week for them.
8.00pm Dinner either around the table by the pool at the villa or out at a local restaurant
