Paros Greece · Boutique Seafront Hotel
Five days of movement, stillness and the Aegean Sun.
Imagine mornings that start with the sun already warm on your skin - mat rolled out on soft grass or a shaded wooden deck, the Aegean stretched out just beyond.
This is Pilates in Paros: five days to move with intention, rest without guilt and remember what your body feels like when it isn't rushing.
THIS RETREAT IS FOR YOU IF...
You want to deepen your Pilates practice somewhere unforgettable.
You're craving sunshine, rest, and real connection - not just a vacation.

Stephanie trained as a physiotherapist in Birmingham, England, and has spent 30+ years working in private hospitals, a military rehab center, with sports teams, and in specialty outpatient clinics - so she's seen just about everything when it comes to helping bodies heal and move better.
She's certified in the Maitland McKenzie, and Mulligan approaches, Level 1 in the Rigo Concept for scoliosis and spinal deformities, and is a certified Polestar Pilates Rehabilitation Practitioner. In short: a lot of letters, all in service of helping you move with less pain and more confidence.
All bodies are welcome on this retreat. As a physical therapist, Stephanie can modify any exercise to fit your body - and if you'd like some one-on-one time, she's happy to work through individual issues in private session at $100 for 60 minutes during the week.
Outside the studio, she's a wife and a mom of three who's always up for travel, a hike or a game of tennis- these days, you're just as likely to find her on a pickleball court
