The peaceful weekend in the mountains begins with a Pilates based class followed by a welcome dinner and intention setting activities. Saturday and Sunday include additional classes in Pilates and other somatic (mind-body) practices such as Ortho-Bionomy (nervous system resetting) and Thai Massage. The weekend will also include journaling, breath work, and goal setting and mindfulness practices. Saturday afternoon take an optional excursion to explore downtown Asheville or you have the option to participate in a service project helping to rebuild the river front from recent hurricane damage or spend some quiet time in reflection and nature on the grounds of the retreat center.

The evening will consist of a Welcome Ceremony, intention setting activities and Pilates Class and dinner. There will be time to connect with other retreat participants or explore the grounds of the retreat center.
Breakfast followed by a mat Pilates class and a workshop in Ortho-bionomy and Thai Yoga Massage.
After lunch, the afternoon includes options for an excursion to downtown Asheville, to take part in a service project to support areas damaged by Hurricane Helene or spend time reflecting and journaling on the beautiful grounds of the retreat center.
The day concludes with dinner and and a somatic movement practice and journaling.
The day will begin with an early morning Pilates mat class followed by breakfast and then a closing ceremony that includes a somatic practice and breath work.
