6:00 AM Group departs Jet Blue Flight # 1697 for Orlando.
8:25 AM Group arrival in Orlando.
Buses depart for Disney’s Pop Century Resort upon arrival (drop luggage).
Students receive Disney Dine Card for meals.
Blizzard Beach or Typhoon Lagoon.
4:00 PM Group check-in Disney’s Pop Century Resort.
10:30 PM Pizza and Bottled Water.
Friday, June 4th
Disney Dine Card for Breakfast
8:45 AM Group photo at Disney’s Pop Century Resort.
Disney World Parks (TBA).
Disney Dine Card for Dinner
Students return to Disney’s Pop Century Resort when theme parks close.

Payments by checking account(1% fee plus 30 cents) and credit cards(3.9% fee plus 30 cents) are accepted at checkout

INDIVIDUAL CANCELLATIONS will within the group:
A. Written cancellations received from the first deposit due date will be charged $ 55.00 per seat cancellation penalty.
B. Written cancellations received between 90 days and 31 days of departure will be charged any non-refundable deposits made to vendors.
C. Written cancellations within 30 days of departure will be subject to % 100 per person penalty
After the final payment due date, TOUR AGENT may refund any unused redeemable attraction tickets, meal vouchers, meal monies, and other items that can be refunded by suppliers at the present time.
ENTIRE GROUP CANCELLATION:
If the entire group cancels within 30 days of departure each person will be assessed a $75.00 fee and will be charged for any non-refundable deposits made to vendors.
Participants acknowledge and accept the cancellation policy upon registering and submitting the trip deposit.

An Optional Group Travel Protection Plan is available for you to purchase for your trip. The Group Travel Protection Plan inclusions are listed in the downloadable PDF document link below. The rates are based on the entire trip cost and you will need that information in order to receive an accurate cost for the coverage. The premium purchased through the link below will include CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason) coverage. CFAR coverage is up to 75% of the non-refundable trip cost.

You may need to provide deposit/payment dates to Travel Insured. These will be the dates you make your payments to the school for deposits/final payment. Please refer to your school advisor on the trip due dates for deposits and final payment.
• Once the travel plan is purchased the premium may be non-refundable you would need to check with Travel Insured on their policies.
• Travel Protection including CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason) coverage can be purchased up until the student makes final payment to the school.
• NO travel protection can be purchased once the final payment has been made to the school. If a student pays their trip in full as an example at first deposit they will not be able to purchase the travel protection.
