We have packages starting at $2565 up to $4500 depending on accommodations. All bookings include everything listed below.
All rooms have an option for one or more persons and the add on sections coincide with each room. When booking for more than one person please click the corresponding add on to be added to your booking.
Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of pre booking and reserving the entire hotel, all deposits are NON REFUNDABLE and NON TRANSFERABLE.
If you should need to cancel prior to the March 27, 2024, payment deadline you will not be responsible for the remainder of your payment.
Should you need to cancel on or after March 27, 2024, the remainder of your payment must be paid in full.
In the event you cannot attend, you may transfer your reservation to someone else.

Available Packages
The Jacaranda Suite is located adjacent to, but separate from our Villa, and located next to our Jacaranda tree. This room comes with 1 queen bed, a private bathroom, and a private terrace. This room comes with a small kitchenette with a mini fridge and a tea kettle, high-speed fiber optic internet, a closet/organizer, a secure safe, and a small desk/workstation. All rooms at Balancé come with hot water showers, premium linens, and air conditioning, and come stocked with purified drinking water that we keep refilled throughout your stay. Please bring a refillable water bottle such as a hydro flask or Nalgene.
Please note that the Jacaranda Suite is priced lower than the rest of the rooms at Balancé because it is a bit separate from the rest of the hotel, right at the entrance to the property and the closest room to the road. The room has all the same amenities as the rest of the hotel and is beautiful and comfortable. It is an excellent room to combine with the 2 Bedroom Villa if you have a bigger group and need an extra bed. If you’re looking for a single room, we recommend considering the tree suites and element suites first, which are a little bit more expensive but located in the core part of the resort.

This room comes with 1 queen bed and a private terrace with a garden. Agua has a mini-fridge, high-speed fiber optic internet, a small desk and workstation, a closet/organizer, a secure safe, and a beautiful bathroom. All rooms at Balancé come with hot water showers, lush bedding and linens, and air conditioning, and come stocked with purified drinking water that we keep refilled throughout your stay. The Fuego Suite is one of the premium suites at our yoga retreat. This room comes with 1 King bed and faces the Bocana Surf break on the 2nd story. The Mango Suite is located at the heart of our surf retreat – right under the shade and beauty of our central Mango tree. This is the ideal room we have for 3-person groups because of the option to come with 3 separate beds. This room includes a mezzanine level with a queen bed, desk, and tropical hardwood flooring. The ground floor space has the option for 1 king bed or two twin beds. Includes a small kitchenette with mini-fridge, tea kettle, sink, private bathroom, air conditioning, private terrace with hammock space, high-speed fiber optic internet, a closet/organizer, a secure safe, and a large beautiful bathroom. All of our rooms come with hot water showers, premium linens, and air conditioning, and come stocked with purified drinking water that we keep refilled throughout your stay. Please bring a refillable water bottle such as a hydro flask or Nalgene.
Important Notes:
– Mango can have 2 different setups: ground floor space with 1 king bed, and mezzanine level with 1 queen bed, OR ground floor with 2 twin beds, and mezzanine with 1 queen bed.
- The price for two people in two separate beds is $6370.00 total.
- The price for 3 people is $8500 (that breaks down to $2,834 a person, once you pay you'll need to settle the price difference between the 3 of you.)

Our 2 bedroom, 1 bath private villa is located behind our yoga studio and includes a full kitchen, a private pool and deck, and an incredible outdoor shower. Inside the villa, the master bedroom comes with 1 king bed or an option for two twin beds, and the second bedroom comes with just a queen bed. The villa has a beautiful kitchen and a spacious living room overlooking the deck, pool, and garden. Each room has a closet/organizer, and a secure safe. Outside, there is a private plunge pool, deck, green space, and a beautiful outdoor shower adorned in volcanic rocks and a rack for your surfboards. All rooms at Balancé come with hot water showers, lush bedding, and linens, air conditioning, and fast Wi-Fi internet, and come stocked with purified drinking water that we keep refilled throughout your stay. If you have a bigger group, you can add the Jacaranda Suite to your reservation at the time of booking to get an extra room with a queen bed and 1 bathroom. The Jacaranda suite is next to but separate from the Villa and makes for a convenient add-on if you need 3 bedrooms.

– Villa Escondida can have 2 different setups: A master bedroom with 1 King bed and a second bedroom with 1 queen bed, OR a Master bedroom with 2 twin beds, and a second bedroom with 1 queen bed.
