Once a quote is issued, you have 7 days to book (deposit) your customized vacation. If you do not book (deposit) within 7 days  and  ask for a new quote, a new plan to go fee will be implemented. In the event of cancellation of travel for any reason, all fees are non-refundable.

• Provide you with group updates of your registered and deposited guests if needed
• Send your registered guests payment reminders and details on their hotel/cruise accommodations
• Book a group flight if there are 10 or more people flying from the same city, otherwise, each person is responsible for booking their own flight or contacting us
• Private Facebook Group Page with Q&A chats is avail on request* 
• Host you and your guest while away (optional added fees)
