Welcome to this unique immersive experience with plant frequencies.  This session invites you to look back on the past year with gratitude & insight, while the unique frequencies generated by plants support you in releasing what no longer serves you.  Together, we’ll use the music of nature to cultivate a space for mindful intention setting, helping you align with the new year’s potential for growth, clarity &  transformation.
