All payments are non-refundable. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip investment in the event of unexpected changes.

Cancellations   All deposits and payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. . We recommend purchasing travel insurance.  

Payment Schedule  Monthly payments will be automatically drafted on the 15th of every month. Missed payments without prior approval may lead to cancellation. If unpaid for more than 14 days, your booking will be canceled, and a $75 reinstatement fee will apply. 

Reservation Transfers   Need to transfer your reservation? No problem. You may transfer your booking to another guest for a $150 transfer fee. All requests must be submitted in writing and approved by our team in advance.

What's Included   Your package covers accommodations, access to all Play and Party events, drink tickets, and select meals where noted.

• 8PM–1AM | Welcome Party  Vibe, mix and mingle with everyone at Arena Medalla.

💃 Friday

• Free Day Friday | Do You   No schedule, just options. Hit the city, chill poolside, or flex for the ’Gram.

• 10PM–Until | La Placita: Code Red   Paint the night red. Wear red as we take over the block.

🌊 Saturday

• 12PM–4PM | Wet & Wild Pool Party   Guest host and music entertainment. Private beach. All vibes.

• 8PM–10PM | Dinner with the Group   Chill and Dinner.

🎶 Sunday

• 12PM–2PM | Lei’d Back R&B Lunch   Private Catamaran Sail. This one’s for the grown and vibey.

• 10PM–2AM | Grand Finale Pajama Party World Renowned DJ to end the trip off right with a Silent Party you wont forget

🧭 Referral Tracking

To earn commission, please ensure your referrals list your name in the referral section during checkout. This is the only way we can track and credit your bookings accurately.

✅ Eligibility Requirements

You can start earning commission after you've booked your own Play & Party Weekend package. Once you're officially part of the experience, you're eligible to earn commission for every room booked through your referral.

• Commission Rate: $100 per room booked under your name as a referral.

⏳ Payout Timeline

Commissions are processed and paid out 30 days after the Play & Party Weekend concludes. This allows time for final reconciliation and ensures smooth delivery.
