Welcome to a full day of self-exploration through sound, writing and movement.
Let Hart Floe Poet and Karima of Holistic Kinnection guide you on a journey to connect to your greatest self.
The room will be reiki charged before you arrive, offering a beautiful healing and inspiring space to connect with yourself and others, have fun and create!
Through a combination of group connection, movement, play, exploration, live poetry and spoken word, creative writing, reiki, sound healing and group hypnosis - the workshop is designed to trigger transformations within you - giving you the chance to explore your fullest potential - to reconnect with your inner child - to let go of anything that no longer serves you - and to discover what it will take for you to live the life of your wildest dreams.
Firstly - Hart Floe will lead a guided heart meditation and sound healing journey to connect the group and enable any fundamental energetic shifts take place.
From there - he will tell stories of his life interwoven with live poetry performances, and then guide the group into using the pen and paper as a simple tool for emotional release as well as future manifestation.
Karima will then take us through some drama-based games and activities to help put aside the ego-self and take us to the heart of play and spontaneity. We may use movement, myth, character work, improvisation or any other tool which will inspire our creativity! You will be invited to work alone, as well as in pairs and small groups throughout this day of discovery and transformation.
There will then be space to write any responses to the work, feelings and ideas which have emerged, etc., and the opportunity to reflect on your experiences in a sharing circle held by Karima.
Finally - after all the fun, movement, connection and play time - Hart Floe will bring the day to a close with a powerful group hypnosis - giving you the chance to go on a journey to meet your future self and find out everything you ever wanted to know about how to create the life of your dreams, finishing with a final short sound healing session and heart meditation - leaving you feeling inspired, empowered and elevated.

What’s included
- SnacksPlease bring some vegan food to share with the group - as will we. Then during a short break we can all eat together, sharing our own offerings with the rest of the group to form community.
- Bespoke WorkbookNo need to bring a pad or paper to write on - this workshop will provide you with your own unique workbook that you can use during the day and keep forever.
- Reiki Charged CrystalEach attendee will go home with a small reiki charged crystal from Karima, which will help ground you in your creative self
- Reiki Charged SpaceThe space will be lovingly prepared and charged by both Karima and Hart Floe - ensuring it's a safe and secure container for transformation and elevation.
- Sound HealingThe day will open and close with a short sound healing session - as vibrations are known to heal and to help reveal that which needs to surface.
- Live Spoken Word + PoemsHart Floe will share some of his favourite poetry pieces - whilst linking them in with how the pen and paper can be used therapeutically to deal with life's toughest challenges.
- Group HypnosisA group hypnosis journey will give you the chance to download wisdom from future versions of you so that you may take advantage of that wisdom in the present!
- Playful MovementMovement will play a big role in the days ongoings - when we stay still - we can tend to stagnate. The body needs movement like the lungs need air! When we move - we encourage greater flow of energy.
- AromatherapyNatural plant medicines will be used - utilising the healing and medicinal powers of these essential oils throughout the day - aiding your focus and concentration and smelling delicious!
