Afterward, you can conveniently complete your balance through manageable monthly payments, offering a stress-free way to finance your journey without overwhelming upfront costs.

The pricing structure is thoughtfully designed to accommodate various accommodation preferences and budgets:

• Quadruple Occupancy: $940 per person

Roommate Cancellation Policy

If you are traveling with one or more roommates, you should be aware that if any roommate cancels and no replacement roommate can be found, you will be responsible for covering the additional cost for single, double, or triple occupancy. Oliver Cruise & Travel does not take responsibility for finding replacement roommates, so travelers should plan accordingly to avoid unexpected charges.

Cancellations, Refunds, and Trip Interruptions

Due to the nature of group travel and contractual agreements with service providers, deposits are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend the trip, it is your responsibility to find someone to take your place. Any unused hotel stays or tour features cannot be refunded or exchanged. Travel insurance is not included in the tour price and must be purchased separately to protect against unforeseen cancellations or interruptions.

Cancellation Procedures and Fee Schedule

Should you need to cancel, contact Bro. Oliver promptly. Refunds on payments made toward the trip balance will follow this schedule:

• 60 to 31 days before departure: 50% of the trip price refunded. (Aug 23, 2026 - Sept 21, 2026)

• 30 days or fewer before departure: No refunds (100% of trip price charged) (Sept 22, 2026 - October, 2026)

No refunds will be issued for unused parts of the tour once it begins, regardless of the reason, including missed departures or removal from the tour. This policy applies universally, without exceptions for weather, emergencies, or other uncontrollable circumstances. Consequently, purchasing trip cancellation and interruption insurance is strongly recommended.

Travel Insurance Waiver

For travelers within the U.S., travel protection is highly advisable. If you decline insurance, Oliver Cruise & Travel will not be liable for any penalties or fees resulting from cancellations. Medical emergencies causing missed tour segments are non-refundable. By declining insurance, travelers accept the risks of financial loss without coverage. Tour Arrangements and Pricing

Accommodations typically consist of two-bedded rooms with private baths, offered as double, triple, or quadruple occupancy. Single or married couple occupancy in single-bedded rooms is available subject to availability. Meals are included only as specified in the itinerary.
