Join Kat & Katie for their third round in Portugal where you’ll play with practices that spark joy, encourage the exploration of you and help you ground into the stunning scenery that surrounds us. 

Our stay will include 6 nights at the beautiful Cocoon Portugal. The whole property is ours for this time. Cocoon is a 275 acre farm and dedicated retreat center offering indoor and outdoor yoga shalas, calming & elegant rooms, common areas to unwind, amazing farm to table meals three times a day, and bikes available to use to explore the property. There is plenty of space to slow down, be curious, connect to nature, and play.

Come alone, with a buddy, or meet a new best friend. Retreats are a place for you to drop in, explore you, connect with community, slow down and gain new perspectives. 

Start your days with a yoga practice outside on a gorgeous platform beneath a canopy of old growth pines or inside at Cocoon’s plant filled studio outfitted with all the props.

Spend mid-day exploring YOU in Portugal, venturing out to the coastline, taking a surf lesson, going horseback riding, getting a massage or wandering around the local fishing town. The coast, a 10 min drive away, is ideal for swimming, surfing and hiking along the gorgeous sandstone bluffs.

We meet again in the late afternoon for another yoga session, followed by a community dinner. Celebrating each evening with a sustainable and locally sourced delicious menu, (optional) world class wine and dinner conversation.

Cocoon is located about 2 hours south of Lisbon. Most guests choose to fly into Lisbon airport, rent a car (we will connect those interested in sharing a car rental) and drive down the coast to the retreat center. 

Guests may also fly into Faro airport, Cocoon is about a 2 hour drive north of Faro. 

Deposits secure your spot on the trip and are not refundable, no exceptions. Refunds for the balance payments vary depending on timing. For cancellation requests submitted with more than 60 days of retreat date: 100% of total amount (less deposit) will be refunded. For cancellation requests submitted within 60 days of retreat date, 50% of total amount (less deposit) will be refunded. Cancellation requests within 30 days of the retreat: sorry but no refunds given, no exceptions. Nobody books a retreat with the intention of cancelling it, but unexpected events do occur, so please consider purchasing travel insurance. Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies. No refunds or credits will be granted for failure to attend, complete or for arriving late or leaving early.
