Each morning begins with an energizing, breath-led yoga practice to awaken the body and gently ground you for the day ahead. Afternoons unfold slowly by a fireplace, offering spacious time to rest, journal, wander, or simply enjoy the stillness of the countryside. As the day winds down, we’ll gather for a deeply restorative evening practice designed to soothe the nervous system and invite deep rest.

To reserve your place, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit secures your spot and covers upfront planning and retreat costs.

The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the retreat start date. If the balance is not received by the due date, your booking may be released and your deposit forfeited.

Please note that all retreat payments become non-refundable within 30 days of the retreat start date. Due to advance commitments for accommodations, meals, staffing, transportation, and experiences, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of the retreat.

If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your booking to another guest (subject to approval and logistics). In exceptional circumstances, and at our sole discretion, a credit toward a future retreat may be offered. Any retreat credit issued must be used within 12 months of the original retreat date.
