Although this is a casual and comfortable experience, you may want to bring a couple dresses for evenings out.

The temperature in the villa varies inside, so it is a good idea to bring layers (a sweater or a shawl). Definitely bring comfortable walking shoes, sunscreen, and a hat.  Pack a swim suit, or two and of course workout gear if you desire to enjoy the pool or fitness sessions.

Photos/Videos - There will be pictures, a group photo, and video captured, which will require a signature release from each participant before entry into the session. Personal videos and photographs are not permitted during the POWER sessions. Professional Video is limited, and participants' voices/sounds will not be recorded for privacy due to the nature of our sessions.

By taking part in this event, you grant the event organizers full rights to use the images resulting from the photography/video filming and any reproductions or adaptations of the photographs for marketing, publicity, or other purposes to help achieve the group’s aims. This might include (but is not limited to) the "right to use" in printed and online publicity, social media, press releases, and funding applications. Please inform the event organizer if you do not wish to be photographed.

Before the event takes place, there will be a couple of conference calls to welcome all participants, educate them on the culture, discuss what is acceptable attire in and outside of the villa area, and answer general questions.

Bali Indonesia is known as the Land of the Gods, Bali appeals through its sheer natural beauty of looming volcanoes and lush terraced rice fields that exude peace and serenity. I have designed this retreat exclusively for women seeking an immersive and holistic experience focused on embracing their truth, authenticity, and POWER within. 

This is specifically for my bad ass goddesses! Those who see the value and worth in themselves for them to come share in the Bali experience.  I can’t wait to sit with all my beautiful goddesses here in Bali.  The Power in Paradise Retreat in February 2023 is about the EXPERIENCE.  It’s definitely a retreat for those who want to/do honor the goddess within themselves and who see themselves worthy of an investment.

With that in mind, this is a healing retreat for regeneration, replenishment & alignment. 

Bali is one of the most notibly awarded one of the largest wellness destinations in the world. 

Mama Bali is known for being deeply rooted in the island’s ancient traditions which nurtures harmony amongst spirit (God), human beings and nature.

We are keeping this as a small, intimate Group of 6-10 women.  You will have plenty of quality time to connect, and meet new friends here.

*You must have at least 2 doses of COVID-19 vaccination to enter the country without having to quarantine. (Subject to change, but at this time all you need is your card for proof)

The airport to fly into is Ngurah Rai International Airport.  it's about a 45 min.-1 hr. ride to where we will be staying. The ride is scenic and exciting. You won't feel like you have been in the car that long. 

The retreat check in begins at 2:00 PM on Friday and the retreat ends at Noon on Monday.  It is a (10) day (9) nights retreat.  Registration is from 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM on Friday, the 17th and final farewell breakfast from 8:15 AM - 9:00 AM on Monday. 

Welcome reception on Friday from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM includes a 45-minute opening ceremonies Power Talk with Host Monna White.
