Today, Jonah is a well traveled ashtanga/vinyasa teacher whose classes are both graceful and intense. Impermanence, compassion and humility are just a few of the elements that Jonah seamlessly weaves through each healing practice.
I've been to many retreats with KESTYOGA and they are always "Top Shelf". The best part of the retreats are the people that KESTYOGA (Jonah and Renae) has gravitate toward one beautiful gathering to experience each other. Never a disappointment!
Also encourage anyone to consider a 200hr and especially a 300hr continued trainings with them. It will blow your mind!!!
I had a good experience I was happy to be with like minded people. It is a pleasure to be surrounded by people who enjoy being challenged and aren't afraid to get sweaty. As a solo traveler it was wonderful that fellow yogis were open and friendly to get a smoothie, have dinner and or catch a sunset I appreciated it.
I wish I had more opportunities create more connections. It would have been cool in the beginning to have a share circle with everyones names and where they traveled from. In the future I think a shared a dinner or lunch together would be great. More time to soak up the good energy and connect.
Lastly I will say that the prices in Miami are high so that was a bit overwhelming not Jonah's fault just be aware you could get a small drink and it is 23 dollars.
Thank you for sharing your knowledge and creating a space for people to come together and move. Movement is the greatest gift. <3
I recently completed the 20-hour Art of Flow training with KESTYOGA and We Travel in South Florida, and I left genuinely grateful for the experience.
What stood out most was how inclusive and intentional the space felt. This wasn’t just about learning physical sequencing—it was about experiencing yoga as a whole. Throughout the weekend, you could see the deeper principles of yoga in action in the way people connected, supported each other, and showed up with respect and purpose.
The training was led with clarity, passion, and a real understanding of what yoga is meant to be beyond the mat.
As a yoga teacher stepping into a new chapter and shifting career paths in my 50s, this experience reminded me why I started. It reignited something in me and brought me back to the heart of my practice.
Grateful for the people, the energy, and the reminder that this path still has so much meaning.

If you are looking to reinvigorate your yoga practice, your enthusiasm for Teaching, and your WHY,this is for you. You will leave feeling inspired, with some new tricks up your sleeve, that you can bring back to your community of students. You will be surrounded by fellow teachers and practitioners that are so supportive, picture a room full of like minded people all looking to progress their teaching/practice in beautiful spaces, Jonah is a master at his craft and always brings great energy with a team that helps facilitate. Take the leap you will not regret it.
I attended a 20 hour Art of Vinyasa training in Miami this past February. I went in open and left completely transformed. I loved the way Jonah pushes you to really discover your edge; I have a tendency to sometimes pull back when I am tired or not sure I can keep flowing/hold posture, and what I discovered in this training was that my capacity to stay and breathe even 5 more breaths is SO much more than I had been giving myself credit for. If you are looking for a community of yogis who will INSPIRE, motivate and elevate you, you will find it with Jonah and Kestyoga. I cannot wait to attend a future training.
Jonah Kest’s 20-hour Become a Yogi Retreat was nothing short of extraordinary. His teaching style blends wisdom, authenticity, and humor, creating an experience that feels both challenging and accessible.
Jonah’s incredible creativity in guiding posture transitions kept each practice fresh and inspiring, while his attention to creating a sacred space added a powerful layer of intention to the retreat. Every detail felt purposeful, leaving me deeply connected to my practice and grateful for the experience.
If you’re looking to elevate your yoga journey, I highly recommend this retreat — it’s an unforgettable experience with a truly gifted teacher.
Thank you, Jonah, for an inspiring and transformative weekend!
I had the pleasure of taking Jonah’s 20-Hour Art of Vinyasa Training in Miami.
I didn’t realize how much I needed this training. I was feeling a bit stagnate in my teaching and in my practice and it felt like a creative reset-like someone lit a spark that had been dimmed by staying in my comfort zone. I came back to my own practice and teaching with a renewed sense of purpose, fresh inspiration, and a deeper love for yoga.
Jonah’s approach is unique and powerful. He has a way of breaking things down that makes you see Vinyasa in a whole new light—blending strong, intentional sequencing with a freedom that encourages creativity. His style is refreshing, informative, and pushes you to think outside the box while still honoring the roots of the practice.
The only thing I would have loved more of is the spiritual side or more integration of yoga philosophy. But overall this training was exactly what I needed. If you ever get the chance to learn from Jonah, do it. You’ll leave feeling re-energized, inspired, and more connected to your practice than ever.🧘♀️
