Prana: A Sanskrit word for our vital life energy
Pura Vida: A Costa Rican expression that can mean anything from hello to you’re welcome to let’s enjoy our one wild and precious life
It’s been a hell of a year to be alive as women in this world, right, ladies? Let’s offer ourselves the revitalization we deserve! Join us for an all-women’s yoga retreat at an ecolodge nestled in a private reserve along the ocean in one of the country’s most beautiful and biodiverse tropical rainforests. We will recharge our prana in a paradise brimming with life force and unleash our own vitality, all in community with other women.
Immersed in Mother Nature at her most magnificent, and unbridled from our usual burdens, we will reconnect with our spirit's purest nature- joy, freedom, expansive love, and that spark of divine femininity that reminds us we are inspiring forces of nature, ready to reclaim our vibrant, powerful lives.
From your yoga mat (or hammock!), enjoy spectacular views of the ocean and her crashing waves, and fill your lungs with the revitalizing ions of ocean breeze and expansive sky. Enjoy organic local cuisine prepared with love by the chefs at La Cusinga. Soak up the beauty of vivid flowers & birds on hikes through lush rainforest right out of your front door or take the short walk to deserted black sand beaches.
Optional excursions include an exhilarating zipline through the canopy above or snorkeling along the protected coast to check out coral reefs and colorful sea-life; keep your eyes peeled for dolphins and sea turtles!
